Training facilities
Diggerman Training is a Civil Construction Training Provider set on a site that is designed for heavy equipment operator training. They operate our two businesses – Diggerman Training and Diggerman Earthmoving out of the facility, so you are learning in an environment very similar to the environment you will be in when you are placed in your ideal job in construction.
Diggerman trainers use a combination of classroom-style sessions, but mostly hands-on machine learning in the cabin of equipment. Their machines are well-maintained and serviced, and are the state-of-the-art brands you will likely to be operating in your future career.
Diggerman training offers a competitive attitude on prices and rewards customers who attend multiple courses with them. They review previous experience, to confirm the duration of the course and the price level.
Class numbers are kept to a minimum to provide you with optimal supervision and guidance you deserve throughout the duration of your experience with them.
They pride themselves in meeting client’s needs and Registered Training Organisation standards, with experienced, friendly trainers and great attitudes towards your future success in the industry. They have a number of courses ranging from no experience, to the operator who has been working in the industry for many years.

Face to face
When it comes to learning, there is no one-size-fits-all method. Some students prefer to learn independently, while others prefer to be in a more structured environment. However, face-to-face learning has been shown to be an effective way to learn knowledge and skills. This is because it often combines different ways of learning, such as writing, reading, discussion, presentations, projects, group work, film clips and demonstration. This allows students to learn in a way that best suits their needs and preferences. In addition, face-to-face learning provides opportunities for students to receive feedback and support from their peers and instructors.
Advantages of Face to face learning
- Face to face interaction with learning instructor
- Enables more effective non-verbal communication
- Ability to motivate, inspire and engage
- Ability to discuss, collaborate, practice and role play
